TV Interview: Sketches of Minnesota Comes to Rochester
In a recent interview on Midwest Access, co-creator Tane Danger described how Sketches of Minnesota brings Minnesotans together: by inviting neighbors to share stories over a meal, then turning those conversations into live, unscripted comedy on stage.
“Everywhere we go, people realize that when you actually sit down and talk, you discover how much you have in common — and when you laugh together, that connection deepens,” Tane explained.
This year marks the second statewide tour of Sketches of Minnesota, a partnership between Danger Boat Productions and the Minnesota Humanities Center. After stops in New Ulm and across the state, Rochester is next.
